Products Exchange or Return

Q: Can I exchange/return the products I bought here? What are the procedures?
A: Yes. Our exchange/return policies are as follows.

To provide a better service, customers have a 15-day trial period. We will send you an "After-sale service card" along with the product(s) you purchased and highlight your return/exchange deadline. All goods sold in this blog shop are exchangeable & returnable.

Terms and Conditions for Return/Exchange:

(1) Product(s) should be returned in their ORIGINAL condition. That is, the product has not been worn and washed before.
(2) All returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days of delivery.

Please ensure you fulfill the above terms and conditions in order to be qualified for any return or exchange.

Exchange procedures:
Step 1: Please read the "After-sale service card" and contact us for product exchange. We will help you find your size. Email:               . Mobile: .

Step 2: We will email the "Return/Exchange Form" to you. Please print and fill up the form. At the same time, we will provide you the address for you to mail back your product(s) for exchange.

Step 3: The package you send back should include: (1) the product(s) you want to exchange (2) the "Return/Exchange Form" (3) postage fees (4) price difference (if any)

Note: The postage fees is for us to send the exchanged product(s) back to you. We will send you the exchanged product(s) after we received the postage fees.

Return procedures:

Step 1: Please read the "After-sale service card" and contact us for product return. We will help you through the return procedure. Email:  Mobile:

Step 2: We will email the "Return/Exchange Form" to you. Please print and fill out the form. At the same time we will provide you the address for you to mail back your product(s) for return.

Step 3: The package you send back should include: (1) the product(s) you want to return and (2) the "Return/Exchange Form"

Step 4: We will refund the money to your account once we received the item(s) and confirmed it is in ORIGINAL condition.

Note: 30% of the total amount will be charged as Product Return Processing Fee.
